Staying in Touch
We want our alumni to stay in touch! We're going to post information on the Foundation's alumni outreach push here when the information is available.

And of course, we want to see you at our annual Giving of Thanks, which is always the Thursday before Thanksgiving. If you're interested in attending, and participating on the alumni panel, please email us at contact@eaglebronx.org to let us know!

Transcripts and Records
If you are in need of your transcript, there are a few ways to go about it. The preferred method is to request it online. In all cases, it may take up to 10 school days to get your transcript and records ready.
Online Requests from Alumni
Alumni of both the Eagle Academy for Young Men and Leadership Institute can access the request form by clicking here. You will need to upload a photo ID picture.
Offline Requests from Alumni
If you wish to submit an offline request, you can download the transcript request form here and submit it one of three ways. A copy of a valid ID must be included.

Email as an attachment to records@eaglebronx.org (Note: if you email, you will also need to include a picture of your photo ID)
Educational Institutions
In accordance with applicable privacy laws, we can and will release requested student records to educational institutions without needing their consent if those records are required for enrollment.
If the student has graduated or is a former student, send the request to records@eaglebronx.org.
If the student is a current student, please contact his guidance counselor directly. Guidance counselors are listed on our Contact Us page.
Third Party Requests
If you are a third party attempting to get a copy of a transcript, determine graduation or enrollment status, or have access to other records, you can send the request via email to records@eaglebronx.org or by fax at (718) 466-8090. Actual signatures of former students are required to release the information, or valid DocuSign evidence on the form. Typed signatures are not acceptable.
