Weather or City-wide Closures

If NYCPS closes schools, we will transition to remote learning.  Scholars will be expected to use Google Classroom to attend school remotely.

If NYCPS closes schools, you can find out one of the following ways:

• Visit https://www.schools.nyc.gov and see the school status

• Visit our website, monitor our Facebook, or monitor our Instagram

• Listen to local media

• Call 311 (212-NEW-YORK outside of the 5-boroughs)

• Call the school at (718) 466-8000 to hear a pre-recorded message.

School-Level Closures

There are no plans or procedures for COVID-19 related closures anymore.  Schools will remain open.

In the event our individual school closes, parents should monitor their email, text messages, phone, and our website.
